When was the company formed?

Dominicum Properties commenced operations in 2002 by the present Principals who combined have in excess of 50 years experience in property related affairs.

To what institutions do the Managing agents belong?

We are registered Estate Agents with EAAB as well as members of IEASA. These controlling Bodies set down conduct guides and regulate activities which ensure that members comply with the practise of acceptable standards.

Where are you situated, and to what areas do you offer your services?

We operate from Benoni  and will consider the management of any complex Sectional Title or Cluster type on the East Rand and in the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg.

What is the pricing on managing a rental unit for a landlord, body corporate or assisting a developer with the setup of a new body corporate?

We do not offer set fees as each complex may require something different which is the case in most. The Trustees sometimes prefer to deal with select matters for which we also offer a service. Sometimes services not offered are also required, in which case, contractors providing such service are called upon to quote for same which we then add to the overall management fee.
